Job Description:

Are you ready to take on a challenging and rewarding role in the heart of the energy sector? We are looking for a dedicated individual to repair and maintain pipelines, ensure cathodic protection, and manage right of way control. This full-time position includes a company truck, laptop, and cell phone, alongside a comprehensive benefits package.

Job Responsibility:

  • Inspect, maintain, and operate facilities including pipelines, valves, filters, pumps, gas compressors, storage tanks, and pump station equipment efficiently and in compliance with regulations
  • Perform oil and gas pipeline pigging and purging
  • Conduct cathodic protection surveys, leak surveys, and ROW patrols
  • Oversee third-party contractors during construction and anomaly work, including pipeline blowdowns and assisting in launching and receiving smart tools
  • Conduct damage prevention activities such as pipeline patrols, one-calls, and line crossing inspections
  • Maintain knowledge of regulatory requirements and complete necessary documentation (OSHA, DOT, EPA, etc.)
  • Coordinate with landowners, public agencies, contractors, utilities, and other pipeline operators
  • Participate actively in safety programs, provide leadership, and follow policies and procedures
  • Provide on-call support on a rotating basis and comply with safety policies
  • Perform energy isolation lockout/tagout procedures (LOTO)

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Valid driver's license with a safe driving record
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills with the ability to work in a group environment
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and exercise good judgment

Nice to have:

  • Mechanical aptitude with the ability to learn and perform maintenance tasks
  • Proficiency with computers, including MS Office applications and other computer-based work applications
