Job Description:

Job Responsibility:

Lead team engagement activities and talent development
Manage key supply chain KPIs, including customer service levels and inventory optimization
Drive supply chain transformation projects, focusing on process improvement and digitalization
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve conflicts and improve efficiency
Proactively identify opportunities for continuous improvement

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a related field (Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration, etc.)
5+ years of experience in supply chain management, with a focus on planning and inventory management
Proven experience in leading and developing teams
Expert knowledge of supply chain management principles and best practices
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience using data to drive decision-making
Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Business-level English proficiency (TOEIC 800+)
Business-level Japanese proficiency
Experience in driving process improvement and digital transformation initiatives
