A relevant scientific or technical degree (e.g., Bachelor's in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biology, or related fields) is often preferred
Experience in a laboratory, pilot plant, or manufacturing environment is generally required. This can range from 0-2 years
English proficiency: Intermediate level
Technical Skills: Experience with operating and maintaining pilot plant equipment
Basic Process Knowledge: Understanding of manufacturing processes, particularly in the relevant industry (e.g., Cosmetic, Personal Care)
Attention to Detail: Ability to accurately follow procedures, record data, and maintain documentation
