Job Description:

ExecuJet is currently seeking suitably qualified First Officer to fill a vacancy within our operations division for a position based out of our Lanseria (FALA) Facility (South Africa). The main objective of the position is setting and maintaining operational standards for a private operation.

Job Responsibility:

  • Maintain familiarity with applicable SACAA regulations, company Operations Manuals, SOPs, and approved checklists
  • Support the Captain (PIC) in the safe, efficient, and compliant conduct of all flight operations
  • Carry out allocated flight duties in accordance with company procedures, aircraft limitations, and performance requirements
  • Proactively provide advice, information, and support to the Captain to enhance flight safety and efficiency
  • Assist the PIC in the safe, efficient, and compliant conduct of the flight, including support with flight‑related administrative duties as required
  • Conduct passenger safety and emergency briefings when delegated by the PIC, in accordance with approved procedures
  • Support the PIC in maintaining crew discipline, professionalism, and compliance with company standards and procedures
  • Ensure all required flight documentation, technical logs, flight folios, and aircraft documents are correctly completed, valid, and carried
  • Promote effective Crew Resource Management (CRM) and contribute positively to crew coordination and morale
  • Maintain a high standard of personal conduct, discipline, and appearance as a representative of ExecuJet

Requirements:

  • Matric/Grade 12 or similar
  • Possess a valid SACAA CPL
  • Clear understanding of Part 91/135 operations with a min of 2 years’ experience in the Commercial and Corporate/Business Aviation field
  • Clear understanding of international and local regulations
  • 1000 hours total time, 1000 Multi-Engine SIC, 250 Jet SIC, 10 hours on type (Min)
  • Type Rated on Falcon 2000EX (Preferred)
