Job Responsibility:

  • Ensure the compliance of all activities to the codes of ISO 9001, ESHQ regulations and Evonik management procedures
  • Operate equipment in TCS to fulfill tasks safely and efficiently
  • Document work record according to ISO 9001 and maintain 5S in TC
  • Assist in equipment cleaning and maintenance work to ensure safety and functional operation of equipment
  • Analyze test results, generate report, draw up next step experiment plan
  • Collect research information for new material/ equipment and its application
  • Support other colleagues to run project
  • Keep improvement for technical skills

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above, majors in Polymer Processing, Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields are preferred
  • 2–3 years of relevant experience in polymer injection molding, extrusion, or compounding
  • Hands-on experience with processing equipment or on-site operation is a plus
  • Excellent in English reading and writing
  • Strong self-learning ability, able to quickly understand new technologies, materials, and processes
  • Strong teamwork skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of clearly presenting issues and solutions
  • Detail-oriented, responsible, and proactive in identifying and solving problems

Nice to have:

Hands-on experience with processing equipment or on-site operation is a plus
