Job Description:

The California Pilot Facilitator is a key member of Kiddom’s field implementation team, responsible for coordinating, launching, and supporting pilot programs across the state. This role bridges Sales, Customer Success, Professional Learning, and Product, ensuring every pilot is strategically designed, executed with excellence, and positioned for successful conversion. The ideal candidate combines operational precision, instructional expertise, and relationship management skills to help districts experience the full value of Kiddom’s platform during the pilot process.

Job Responsibility:

  • Schedule and prepare Professional Learning sessions (launch and ongoing)
  • Align internal Kiddom teams (Sales, PL, CS, Support) to ensure a coordinated launch
  • Maintain Pilot Planning Documentation and internal tracking systems
  • Facilitate the pilot kickoff meeting to set expectations and goals with district teams
  • Deliver initial Professional Learning sessions to support implementation and teacher onboarding
  • Deliver engaging, interactive sessions aligned with Kiddom’s mission, solutions, and best practices in adult learning
  • Adapt facilitation approaches to meet the needs of diverse educator audiences, ensuring sessions are impactful and actionable
  • Maintain accurate documentation of session attendance, participant feedback, and key takeaways to inform ongoing improvements
  • Provide coaching and professional learning throughout the pilot to ensure fidelity and engagement
  • Model effective classroom practices and co-teach sessions as needed
  • Participate in campus PLCs (Professional Learning Communities) to reinforce effective practice
  • Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success to transition successful pilots into long-term partnerships

Requirements:

  • 3+ years in education, professional learning facilitation, instructional design, or related roles
  • Proven ability to deliver engaging, interactive sessions for adult learners (virtual and in-person)
  • Subject matter experts in ELA, Math, and/or Science instruction
  • Availability to deliver sessions on a flexible schedule, including evenings or weekends as needed
  • Comfort with webinar platforms, collaboration tools, and learning management systems
  • Bachelor’s degree in education or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
  • The ability to travel is required in this role
