Job Description:

Westfield Health Group are excited to support the EPO to support their corporate staff. Within the Pilate’s Instructor role you will instruct, support and motivate the Client’s employees in a safe and professional manner. You’ll Proactively maintain high levels of engagement to promote retention, joy, encouragement and motivation, while demonstrating a high degree of professionalism and standards.

Job Responsibility:

  • Delivering Specialized Reformer Classes/Sessions: Designing and instructing group Reformer Pilates classes tailored for the corporate members. This involves accommodating various fitness levels—from beginners to experienced users—and ensuring proper, safe form while maximizing the benefits of the resistance-based workout
  • Maintaining Equipment Safety and Studio Quality: As a freelance specialist, you are responsible for ensuring the Reformer equipment is kept clean, organized, and in proper working order before and after sessions. They must adhere to safety protocols specific to the apparatus to prevent injury in a group setting

Requirements:

  • Qualified Pilates instructor with experience using Pilates reformers
  • Enjoy working with people
  • The energy and motivation to help others reach their goals
  • Flexibility, commitment, and loyalty
  • Confident in presenting and instructing groups
  • Class B driving license
  • Good German language skills (spoken and written)
  • English language skills at minimum B2 level
