Interlachen Country Club is seeking a Pilates and Barre Instructor. The Pilates and Barre Instructor provides warm, welcoming hospitality, teaches high-energy classes, and delivers an engaging fitness experience to our members. In this role, you will work in a fun environment alongside supportive teammates with the opportunity to build relationships and create moments that matter every day. Job Responsibility

  • Enhance our member experience by anticipating needs, personalizing interactions, and striving to be the best part of each member's day
  • Lead high-energy fitness classes that incorporate rhythm and music
  • Motivate and inspire members to achieve their fitness goals
  • Ensure the safety of members by providing proper instructions on teaching modalities and equipment usage
  • Maintain a clean and organized studio
  • Support your fellow team members and contribute to a healthy, positive culture

Requirements

  • Certifications: Pilates instructor, Barre instructor, Personal Training certification
  • Ability to teach strength classes
  • Current CPR/AED certification
  • 3-5 years of experience working in the field
  • Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology or another related field preferred
