Job Description:

We’re more than a piercing studio - we’re a community shaping the future of piercing and jewellery. As a visionary in your craft, you’ll play a key role in empowering our customers to bring their dream curations to life, guiding them with expertise, artistry and heart every step of the way.

Job Responsibility:

Host from the Heart, radiating warmth and being fully present
Inspire community with styling advice and execute precise piercings
Be the heartbeat of the customer experience, creating lasting connections
Shine as a leader on the shop floor, sharing expertise
Hold space with care and compassion during sensitive moments
Champion safety and excellence, maintaining studio cleanliness and hygiene

Requirements:

At least 1.5 years experience in a studio
A values champion and brand ambassador
Radiate positivity & enthusiasm
Always looking for a better way to do things and naturally curious
Able to stay grounded during difficult and sensitive interactions, leading with empathy
