Job Responsibility

Deliver warm, welcoming and inviting customer service, making our customers feel relaxed and comfortable in our beautifully designed piercing spaces
Deliver exceptional service, supporting the sales team outside of appointments to drive the overall performance of the location
Confidently style and advise our customers on their piercing/s and all jewellery needs, using our exclusively designed products, to help them achieve their desired look
Provide piercings to the highest standards of cleanliness and safety, making customers feel confident in your skill and experience
Ensure compliance with all necessary guidelines and best practices, prioritising the safety and wellbeing of our customers
Support the aftercare process, confidently resolving any problems customers may experience
Share your knowledge with the Head Piercer on legal, technical and safety measures in the UK, including feedback on product performance and opportunities
Collaborate and network with fellow piercers to drive best in class performance and practises
Guide, support and train our Sales Associates and other team members about the world of piercing
Accountable for the accuracy of piercing stock levels
