Are you an experienced Forklift Driver and/or Pick Packer? Apply now! Role: Forklift Drivers (High-Reach) and Pick Packers Location: Heathwood, QLD - On-site Parking Available Pay Rate: $40-$50 per hour (depending on LF or Pick Packer) Shift Times: Afternoon shift. What you'll be doing: Voice picking using RF scanners – manual handling consistently between 25kgs-30kgs; Operating electric pallet jacks; Fast-paced warehouse environment; Forklift drivers must pass an MHE assessment to qualify for forklift duties and pay rates. What we're looking for: Proven reliability and a strong work ethic; Physically fit and comfortable with repetitive manual tasks; Available for immediate start; Forklift license (if applying for forklift role); Own transport; Willingness to provide a current Police Check; Must pass a drug & alcohol screen and medical assessment; Full Australian working rights.

  • Support the management team where required to ensure Cordic dispatch system is continually updated with changes to transport routes, including the addition and removal of new or ceased routes
  • Support contract management team by liaising with operational staff by email, telephone, or in person, providing notification of any amendments to transport routes
  • Troubleshoot and provide support to users of dispatch system, Cordic, where required and able to
  • Assist with the completion of timesheets and general payroll amendments for Drivers & Passenger Assistants
  • Support as required with project work relating to the depot and transport operation
  • Fulfil other reasonable duties as and when requested by the management team.

  • Operate the vehicle in a safe manner, adhering to local road restrictions and speed limits. Any fines or tickets received must be reported to the office as soon as possible.
  • Ensure mandatory vehicle checks are undertaken every time the vehicle is used to a standard acceptable on the road. Any defects to be reported to the office
  • Ensure that all passengers and wheelchair users are secured correctly in the appropriate location using the necessary safety equipment.
  • Ensure that the vehicle in use has adequate fuel for the journey, refueling as and when required or instructed.
  • Ensure that the vehicle is cleaned inside and out on a regular basis, as a minimum on a weekly basis
  • Remove and replace seating as required.
  • Ensure that the vehicle is parked in the depot correctly, in pre allocated bays where possible.
  • Operate the passenger lift and other equipment used to assist passengers whilst entering and exiting the vehicle safely.
  • Communicate with passengers and clients in a patient, informative manner.
  • Assist the Passenger Assistant with their duties as required.
