Our mission relies on a team full of inspiring people, and we’re looking for a PIA Coordinator to support the development of our fibre and fixed wireless network. In this role, you’ll maintain a strong working relationship with Openreach, ensuring we meet business needs as well as safety, availability, and regulatory requirements.

Job Responsibility

  • Raising and managing blockage issues through to completion using the Blockage Self Provide Orders (SPO) process
  • Managing a group mailbox, coordinating and responding to PIA-related queries from across the business
  • Assisting and supporting the PIA Lead Coordinator with day-to-day operational delivery
  • Submitting and progressing Build Complete Orders in line with Notices of Intent (NOIs)
  • Raising and managing Network Adjustment Orders
  • Tracking and reporting on order progression to ensure timely delivery
  • Raising Notices of Intent (NOIs) and maintaining accurate Openreach system updates
  • Responding to PIA Candid defects and liaising with Openreach to ensure swift resolution

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a PIA Coordinator or similar network coordination role
  • Understanding of PIA networks and Openreach systems (desirable)
  • Strong attention to detail and highly organised approach to work
  • Proven administration skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong IT skills, with experience in tracking and reporting systems

  • Complete the Privacy Impact Assessment (PIA) process and controls required for all initiatives, new products and services
  • Assess, evaluate, and validate controls through processes and tools such as the MCA and KRIs as appropriate for data privacy risk
  • Support the product heads, function heads, COOs and In Business Risk team on gap analysis and the implementation of global policy requirements and regional standards, and on the assessment of the legal and regulatory requirements with Country Legal and Compliance as well as the development of local procedures as related to data privacy
  • Support periodic reviews of the Business’s data privacy processes and control and validate changes as a result of such reviews
