Job Responsibility

Manage and process Pursuer Road Traffic Accident (RTA) Personal Injury cases, with some involvement in Defender cases
Handle pre-litigation and non-personal injury RTA cases
Prepare and manage RTA litigated cases at both the Sheriff Court and All-Scotland Personal Injury Court (ASPIC) levels
Conduct thorough investigations, gathering and analysing evidence
Liaise with clients, medical professionals, and other relevant parties
Ensure all legal procedures and documentation are meticulously followed
Achieve the best possible outcomes for clients while maintaining high standards of professionalism and compliance
