Knowledge and experience of non – PI RTA Pre-litigation cases is desirable
Capable of drafting and running litigated cases mainly PI but also non-PI RTA cases at Sheriff Court level

Job Responsibility

Manage and process Pursuer Road Traffic Accident (RTA) Personal Injury cases
Handle pre-litigation and non-personal injury RTA cases
Prepare and manage RTA litigated cases at both the Sheriff Court and All-Scotland Personal Injury Court (ASPIC) levels
Conduct thorough investigations
Gather and analyse evidence
Liaise with clients, medical professionals, and other relevant parties
Ensure all legal procedures and documentation are meticulously followed
Achieve the best possible outcomes for clients while maintaining high standards of professionalism and compliance
