Job Description:

Band 6 Physiotherapist. Location: Wirral. Role Type: Locum. Salary: £22 per hour (PAYE). Hours: 30 hours per week. Cpl UK Healthcare are currently recruiting for a Band 6 Physiotherapist to join a service in the Wirral working as a Falls Practitioner within a community-based setting. The role involves supporting patients at risk of falls, delivering assessment and rehabilitation within community settings. You will focus on improving mobility, reducing risk, and promoting independence.

Job Responsibility:

Manage a caseload of patients at risk of falls within the community
Complete comprehensive falls risk and mobility assessments
Develop and implement individualised rehabilitation and prevention plans
Deliver strength, balance, and mobility interventions
Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team and community services
Maintain accurate clinical records and outcome measures

Requirements:

HCPC registration
Experience in physiotherapy, ideally within community or falls prevention
Strong understanding of mobility, balance, and rehabilitation
Ability to work independently in community settings
Excellent communication and organisational skills
