Job Description:

Fixed term 12 month full-time role in the Inner West Sydney community providing community rehabilitation and restorative programs. The role involves delivering high-quality Physiotherapy services to clients, assessing and providing in-home rehabilitation programs, and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to improve functional independence and quality of life.

Job Responsibility:

Provision of a high-quality Physiotherapy service
assess and provide in-home rehabilitation programs
collaborate closely with interdisciplinary team
participate in quality improvement projects and continuing professional development
provide clinical supervision for students

Requirements:

Tertiary qualified physiotherapist
current AHPRA registration
practical experience or sound knowledge of physiotherapy in a Rehabilitation or Aged care setting
strong communicator
able to plan and manage time effectively
enjoy working independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team
access to a reliable vehicle
valid driver’s license and safe driving record
