Job Responsibility:
Early intervention & proactive care: First point of contact for musculoskeletal injuries via telehealth, phone, and face-to-face consultations
Clinical excellence: Assess, treat, and manage musculoskeletal disorders with tailored rehabilitation programs
Education & coaching: Empower teams with injury prevention strategies and build site-wide capability
Workplace impact: Conduct ergonomic and psychosocial risk assessments, contribute to injury investigations, and provide evidence-based solutions
Collaborative problem-solving: Partner with Health & Safety and Human Factors teams to reduce injury recurrence and improve outcomes
Requirements:
AHPRA registration as a qualified Physiotherapist or Exercise Physiologist
Clinical experience in musculoskeletal and outpatient care
A proactive, learning mindset and passion for workplace health
Nice to have:
Experience in Occupational Health, Ergonomics, or industrial settings
Interest in further study or specialisation
