Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated professional to work with highly motivated military personnel and help them stay at peak physical performance and recover from injuries effectively! Be part of a team that keeps our military personnel strong, fit and ready for action. Exciting Opportunity with the NZ Defence Force. We're on the hunt for an experienced Physiotherapist to join our passionate and dedicated team in Auckland, Devonport base. This is your chance to work with the NZ Defence Force through APM, helping high-performing individuals from cadets/recruits to experienced military staff achieve their goals.

Job Responsibility:

Assess and treat a variety of injuries including concussion, pre- and post-surgery, non-ACC conditions, respiratory, burns, pelvic health
Develop rehabilitation and injury prevention programs
Work alongside military medical and training teams
Support performance optimization and resilience
Work with elite, driven individuals

Requirements:

Relevant qualifications, professional registration, and valid practicing certificate
Current NZ driver licence
Experience in MSK
Minimum of 2 years clinical experience preferred
NZ citizenship or have lived in Australia, Canada, United Kingdom, United States of America or New Zealand continuously for the last 5 years for NZDF clearances
