Physiotherapist

• Provide best care to the patients, including assessment and management of acute and chronic musculoskeletal conditions, fracture management, radiological ordering and interpretation
• May include shift and weekend shift work
• Provide leadership and strategic direction within the team
• Be involved in research and quality improvement activities
• Work collaboratively with other senior clinicians
• Contribute to Education and Training programs within the Physiotherapy service

• Be committed to providing excellent patient care
• Have well-developed skills in provision of care to musculoskeletal patients in an outpatient and/ or Advanced Practice capacity, including assessment and management of acute and chronic musculoskeletal conditions, fracture management, radiological ordering and interpretation
• Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Work collaboratively with the Physiotherapy, specialty and multidisciplinary teams
• Ensure safe and high-quality patient care is delivered in line with Western Health values and policies
• Contribute to a culture that values ongoing learning and be part of a positive workplace
