Job Description:

As a member of the Satellite Health Facility, the candidate will provide service both as a case manager and physiotherapist to meet the client's needs. He/she will work closely with a physiotherapy assistant. The Physiotherapist participates in training, education and research activities to increase knowledge and to develop clinical, analytical and technical skills.

Job Responsibility:

Participate in training, education and research activities to increase knowledge and to develop clinical, analytical and technical skills

Requirements:

Current registration with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario
Experience in educating patients/families and in case management
Demonstrated excellence in communication, interpersonal, team work and problem solving skills
Knowledge of community resources
Evidence of client centered approach to care

Nice to have:

ADP authorizer status preferred
Proficiency in both Official Languages, French and English, is considered an asset
