Job Description:

Job Responsibility:

Assess patients and identify functional limitations related to pain, injury or mobility issues
Design and deliver personalised physiotherapy and rehabilitation programs based on individual patient needs
Guide patients through therapeutic exercises, mobility drills and recovery protocols via online or guided digital sessions
Monitor patient progress, adjust treatment plans and track clinical outcomes over time
Educate patients on posture correction, movement mechanics, injury prevention and long-term recovery strategies
Maintain accurate patient notes, progress reports and clinical documentation using MantraCare’s digital systems
Collaborate with the MantraCare care team when required to ensure consistent, high-quality patient care
Deliver ethical, patient-centred physiotherapy aligned with professional best practices

Requirements:

A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physiotherapy (BPT / MPT)
Relevant clinical experience in musculoskeletal orthopaedic, sports, neurological or rehabilitation physiotherapy
Strong knowledge of exercise therapy, rehabilitation techniques and patient assessment methods
Ability to communicate treatment plans clearly and guide patients effectively in a remote or online care setting
Commitment to ethical, patient-focused physiotherapy practice
A reliable internet connection and a suitable environment for delivering work-from-home physiotherapy sessions
