Our newly established Private Allied health clinic is seeking a dedicated Physiotherapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about helping patients recover from injuries, surgeries, and illness, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Job Responsibility

  • Assess, diagnose, and develop treatment plans for patients with various physical conditions, such as musculoskeletal injuries, pre/ post orthopaedic surgery and neurological disorders
  • Implement evidence-based treatment techniques, including manual therapy, exercise therapy and electrotherapy
  • Educate patients on injury prevention, management, and rehabilitation
  • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and progress reports
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians and associate allied health professionals, to ensure comprehensive and wholistic patient care
  • Participate in clinic operations, including marketing, scheduling, and billing, as needed
  • Run a variety of exercise rehab classes, including hydrotherapy

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in physiotherapy
  • Current AHPRA and SIRA registration
  • Minimum two years clinical experience in hospital or private practice
  • Strong analytical and problem- solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Demonstrated commitment to continuing education and professional development
  • Unrestricted working rights
