Job Description:

Cpl UK Healthcare are currently recruiting for a Band 6 Physiotherapist to join a service in Kent working within a palliative care setting on a part-time basis. The role involves supporting patients with complex and life-limiting conditions, focusing on mobility, symptom management, comfort, and maintaining independence. You will work closely with the multidisciplinary team to deliver compassionate, patient-centred care.

Job Responsibility:

Manage a palliative care physiotherapy caseload
Complete mobility, respiratory, and functional assessments
Develop and implement individualised treatment plans
Support symptom management, comfort, and quality of life
Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team and families
Provide advice and education to patients, carers, and staff
Maintain accurate clinical records and reports

Requirements:

HCPC registration
Experience in physiotherapy, ideally within palliative care, rehabilitation, or community settings
Strong understanding of symptom management and patient-centred care
Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team
Excellent communication and organisational skills
