Job Description:

Join our team as a Band 6 Physiotherapist and play a key role in improving the lives of patients within the Acute General Medicine service.

Job Responsibility:

Perform comprehensive patient assessments
Create and implement personalised care plans
Deliver evidence-based treatments to optimise patient outcomes
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic care
Maintain accurate patient records

Requirements:

A current and valid HCPC registration
Recent experience working in UK acute hospital settings
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
The ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team
