Job Description:

Physics Teacher position at a 'Good' graded secondary school in Harrow with various TLRs attached to the post. The school has been TES Secondary School of the year nominee two years running and offers exceptional CPD opportunities including part funded MA study. The physics department is well-resourced with a blend of experienced and junior teachers.

Job Responsibility:

Provide high-quality teaching and learning experience
Raise standards of attainment
Ensure the progress, achievement and enjoyment of all pupils

Requirements:

Passionate about closing attainment gaps and promoting pupil progress
A strong Outstanding Physics Teacher with a proven track record of fantastic teaching practice
Open-minded, hard-working and ambitious
Values staff-wellbeing, mental well-being and isn't afraid of working hard
Keen to progress and undertake CPD sessions and training
To provide a high-quality teaching and learning experience, to raise standards of attainment
Ensure the progress, achievement and enjoyment of all pupils

Nice to have:

Various TLRs depending on strengths/interests (curriculum development, pastoral etc)
Ambitious, enthusiastic and down to earth teacher
