Job Description:

Physics Teacher position at a 'Good' graded secondary school in Hammersmith & Fulham with various TLRs attached to the post depending on strengths/interests. The school has a strong sense of community, good student behavior, and supportive SLT. The physics department is well-resourced with a blend of experienced and junior teachers.

Job Responsibility:

Provide high-quality teaching and learning experience
Raise standards of attainment
Ensure the progress, achievement and enjoyment of all pupils

Requirements:

Physics Teacher qualification
Proven track record of fantastic teaching practice
Passion for closing attainment gaps and promoting pupil progress
Open-minded, hard-working and ambitious attitude
Values staff-wellbeing and mental well-being
Keen to progress and undertake CPD sessions and training

Nice to have:

Outstanding practitioner
Experience with curriculum development or pastoral roles
ECTs or UPS teachers welcome
