Job Description:

Signify Health, part of CVS Health, is seeking a Per Diem Physician to provide in-home health evaluations. This role involves engaging with patients in the comfort of their homes, reviewing their medication and medical history, conducting physical evaluations, and performing diagnostic tests as needed based on health plan orders. You will use provided tools such as an iPad to manage the clinical workflow, with no requirement to prescribe medication or alter treatment plans.

Job Responsibility:

Provide in-home health evaluations
engage with people
review medication and medical history
conduct physical evaluations
provide diagnostic tests if ordered by health plans
travel locally within licensed states
conduct virtual visits.

Requirements:

Active, unrestricted license(s) in coverage area(s)
multi-state licenses (preferred).

Nice to have:

Able to cover the primary locations in Spokane and surrounding area
multi-state licenses preferred.
