Job Description:

Full Time Physician to provide In-Home Health Evaluations, engaging with people in the comfort of their own homes and helping bridge gaps in care. The visit lasts about 45 minutes and includes medication and medical history review, physical evaluation, and additional diagnostic tests if ordered.

Job Responsibility:

Provide In-Home Health Evaluations
Engage with people in their homes
Help bridge gaps in care
Conduct virtual visits as needed
Provide Diagnostic & Preventive Services products (spirometry, DEE, bone density screening, etc.)
Build trusted relationships to make people healthier

Requirements:

Active, unrestricted license(s) in coverage area(s)
Multi-state licenses (preferred)
Able to cover the following primary locations: Seattle and surrounding area
Flexible to travel locally and within licensed states, as needed
