Job Description:

CVS Health is seeking a Part Time Physician to provide In-Home Health Evaluations. The role includes conducting one-on-one health evaluations in patients' homes, reviewing medical histories, performing physical evaluations, and conducting diagnostic tests as indicated. This position aims to bridge gaps in health care and improve health outcomes. Part-time employees qualify for select benefits, malpractice insurance during duties, and other perks.

Job Responsibility:

Conduct in-home health evaluations
Engage with patients in the comfort of their own homes
Review medication and medical history
Perform physical evaluations
Conduct diagnostic tests as indicated (e.g., diabetic eye exams, spirometry)
Build trusted relationships with patients
Provide virtual visits as needed
Deliver Diagnostic & Preventive Services as indicated

Requirements:

Active, unrestricted license(s) in coverage area(s)
Multi-state licenses (preferred)
Able to cover the following primary locations: Yakima and surrounding area
