• MD/DO from an accredited institution
• active and unrestrictive medical license (or eligibility for licensure by start date)
• satisfactory completion of all required due diligence tasks and credentialing
• Board Eligible/Board Certified in General Urology by the American Board of Urology (ABU)
• prior experience providing the full scope of general urologic care in a community setting

Candidates with subspecialized training or interests welcomed but not subspecializing is not required
