Job Description:

Leads the effort to engage and educate physicians, practice staff, and community healthcare leaders in developing the relationship that inspires loyalty to the key clinical initiatives, lines of business, processes, and procedures governed by the Memorial Healthcare System (MHS).

Job Responsibility:

  • Serves as the initial point of contact for recruitment, on-boarding and education of new providers
  • Serve as consultant to the assigned practices. Presenting new tools and technical solutions to allow them to increase efficiency and patient satisfaction. Presenting new service lines, physicians, or programs that organization leaders have identified as key areas for growth
  • Develops activity for improving relationship with MHS and MHN physicians, service lines, and leadership
  • Develop and sustain relationships with physicians fostering the support of MHS/MHN programs
  • Supports the education and the deployment of the various strategic initiatives across the territory of assigned physicians
  • Provides assigned physicians and their office staff with the tools, training and resources required for a successful clinical partnership
  • Assists with the development and delivery presentations, orientation sessions, and training programs to new and existing physicians and their office staff

Requirements:

  • Bachelors (Required)
  • Automobile Insurance (AUTO INS) - Automobile Insurance (AUTO INS), Driver License Num (DRIVER LIC) - Department of Motor Vehicles
  • Two (2) years experience required in healthcare business development, physician relations, recruitment, marketing, healthcare sales, client management, and/or in a relatable field/internship alike. Experience should include data analysis reporting, relationship management, clinical quality measurement, health metrics, volume/growth metrics, knowledge of the healthcare landscape and/or provider contracting
  • Ability to travel to cover the assigned territory 70-80% the time
  • Additional Education Info - Business or Healthcare Administration or In a job related field
  • Education equivalency - Four (4) years of related experience required in the following areas may be substituted in lieu of the Bachelor’s Degree. The areas are data analysis reporting, relationship management, clinical quality measurement, health metrics, volume/growth metrics, knowledge of the healthcare environment and/or provider contracting
