ChristianaCare, a nationally recognized leader in healthcare, is actively recruiting experienced Primary Care Physicians to join its Rehoboth Beach practice to care for its 65+ populations. Full-time Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, and Geriatric Medicine Physicians are encouraged to apply! Position Highlights: Join a team of 9 experienced FM providers in a multidisciplinary practice; 36 patient care hours per week, 4 hours admin time. Some of which can be done remotely; Call 1:10; Opportunity to work with 65+ patient population with diverse care needs. 30/60 minute visits to provide thorough and thoughtful care; Onsite support services such as: pharmacist & behavioral health specialists; Onsite Memory Center; Paid Primary Care desktop coverage; Moonlighting opps available; EPIC EMR. In partnership with Highmark Medicare Advantage Plan, the 65+ practice will focus on optimization of chronic health conditions, maintenance of mobility and functional status, nutrition, and medication needs to improve healthy aging. Compensation & benefits package include: Comprehensive and lucrative compensation plan, including base salary, multiple bonus incentives, loan repayment options (including eligibility for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF)), plus sign-on bonus and relocation assistance.
