Job Description:

The University of Kansas Health System, Department of Orthopedic Surgery, is seeking an Orthopedic Spine Surgeon to join its expanding academic team in support of the department’s mission to deliver the highest quality, patient-centered care while fulfilling teaching, research, and academic responsibilities at the region’s quaternary referral center.

Job Responsibility:

  • Provide comprehensive surgical and non-surgical care for patients with spinal disorders
  • Utilize evidence-based practices and advanced technologies
  • Participate in the education and mentorship of medical students, residents, and fellows
  • Engage in scholarly activity, clinical research, and quality improvement initiatives

Requirements:

  • MD/DO
  • Board-Certified/Board-Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery
  • Completed Fellowship in Spine Surgery
  • Licensed in Missouri and Kansas
