The Miami Neuroscience Institute (MNI), part of the Baptist Health South Florida (BHSF) health system, is experiencing a major expansion and seeking board-eligible Neurologist in: Aging, Behavioral and Cognitive; General Neurologists; Headache; Neuromuscular disorders; Vascular/Stroke; Neuro immunology. BHSF provides leadership opportunities in patient care, education & research, and is academically affiliated with Florida International University’s Herbert Wertheim College of Medicine and Florida Atlantic University’s Charles E. Schmidt College of Medicine. We launched a 16-resident Neurology Residency Program in 2025. The Miami Neuroscience Institute provides the most comprehensive and innovative techniques to diagnose and treat nervous system disorders. Our team of Neurologists, Neurosurgeons, Neuroradiologists, Neuro-interventionalists, Psychiatrists, Pain and PM&R specialists embraces a patient-centered, multidisciplinary approach. MNI is a Joint Commission Certified Comprehensive Stroke Center. In 2022, MNI had the greatest number of thrombolytic cases per year for our region, with the lowest door to needle time amongst all high-volume centers. And the Intraoperative Monitoring Department received the top-tier accreditation from the Neurophysiologic Intraoperative Monitoring Laboratory Accreditation Board of ABRET — the first in Florida, one of 27 in the U.S. and one of only 30 in the world to achieve this accreditation.
