Job Description:

Franciscan Physician Network is seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified Family Medicine physician to join our established practice at FPN Plainfield Family Medicine located in Plainfield, IN. Interested candidate will be joining an established, busy practice with four physicians and two advanced practice providers who enjoy a supportive work environment and a great work-life balance. Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Average outpatient volume: 20 - 25 patients per day. No inpatient work or OB. On-site Equipment: Lab; Imaging; Sports Medicine located in same building; Outpatient physical therapy.

Job Responsibility:

  • Provide outpatient care
  • Manage common diagnoses such as Diabetes, Hypertension, COPD, and Wellness Visits
  • Participate in weekday call rotation (1:7)
  • Participate in weekend call rotation (1:14)

Requirements:

  • Board Eligible/Board Certified Family Medicine physician
  • Strong focus on clinical excellence and patient satisfaction
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills
  • Desire to develop strong ties with the community and build long-lasting relationships with patients
  • Ability to work collaboratively with existing medical staff to coordinate and deliver the highest quality of patient care
