Job Description

The University of Kansas Health System, Division of Endocrinology, is seeking a faculty Endocrinologist to join its team and support the departmental mission of delivering the highest quality of patient care while fulfilling teaching, research, and academic responsibilities at the region’s quaternary referral center. This position will have clinical responsibilities at both Liberty and Main campuses.

Job Responsibility

  • Providing exceptional patient care across ambulatory clinics, inpatient consults, and on-call services
  • Meticulous documentation to ensure comprehensive medical follow-up and timely billing
  • Educating and mentoring medical students, residents, and fellows in both clinical and classroom settings
  • Active involvement in research within the Division of Endocrinology, Metabolism, and Genetics
  • Collaboration within the Division, Department, and School faculty activities

Requirements

  • MD, DO or equivalent
  • Fellowship-trained and board certified or board eligible in Endocrinology
  • Board certified in Internal Medicine
  • Eligible for licensure in Kansas and Missouri
