Job Description:

The University of Kansas Health System, Division of Endocrinology, has a faculty position opening for an Endocrinologist, who will join the team and support the departmental mission of delivering the highest quality of care, as well as satisfying teaching, research, and academic responsibilities at the region's quaternary referral center.

Job Responsibility:

  • Providing exceptional patient care across ambulatory clinics, inpatient consults, and on-call services
  • Meticulous documentation to ensure comprehensive medical follow-up and timely billing
  • Educating and mentoring medical students, residents, and fellows in both clinical and classroom settings
  • Active involvement in research within the Division of Endocrinology, Metabolism, and Genetics, encompassing participation in trials and grant-funded studies
  • Collaboration within the Division, Department, and School faculty activities

Requirements:

  • Board certified in Internal Medicine
  • Eligible for licensure in Kansas
  • Fellowship-trained and board certified/board eligible in Endocrinology
