Physician Clinic Coordinator-Specialty Clinic

The Physician Clinic Coordinator is responsible for prior authorization and approvals for patients needing surgical procedures in the hospital and in clinic procedures requiring prior authorization for clinics along with General Surgery. The coordinator will also assist in scheduling appointments, registration, check in, and other clerical duties as directed. The coordinator will perform all front desk staff duties and medical records, bring energy and positivity to our team, greet patients, distribute paperwork, and enter pertinent information including insurance and demographics into the patients’ chart.
