Job Description:

The University of Kansas Cancer Center (KUCC) is seeking to recruit a full time academic clinical physician/investigator with demonstrated interest in cancer prevention to join an expanding team in delivering the highest quality of care, as well as satisfying teaching, research, and academic responsibilities at a premier health system in the Midwest. This position will have the opportunity to work within the Division of Medical Oncology and the Breast Cancer Prevention Research Center.

Requirements:

  • Board certified or board eligible in medical oncology or hematology/oncology
  • Must have completed fellowship training in hematology or medical oncology
  • Eligibility for medical licensure in both Kansas and Missouri
  • Demonstrated record of excellence in clinical care
  • Originality and productivity in research
  • History or strong potential for consistent extramural funding
  • Interest in graduate and medical education
