Master Scheduler: You'll manage appointments across multiple clinics (Underwood, Washburn, McClusky, Sheridan Memorial, Turtle Lake, plus OT/Speech!) ensuring our patients get the care they need, when they need it. Revenue Rockstar: You'll play a key role in daily reconciliation and charge accuracy, keeping our financial healthy. Patient & Provider Liaison: You'll ensure proper documentation, signed forms, and clear communication between patients, therapists, and providers. Department Dynamo: You'll maintain a clean, stocked, and welcoming environment, setting the stage for successful therapy.
