Physical Therapist

• Establish short and long term functional goals for patients and discuss goals with patient/family
• Identify and document further patient rehabilitation potential if treatment is to continue
• Adherence to the Standards of Practice for Physical Therapy and Code of Ethics
• Provide a positive environment for patients
• Provide accurate data entry
• All other duties required or assigned by management

• Graduate of an Accredited School of Physical Therapy with a BS, MS or DPT degree in Physical Therapy or an equivalent foreign program
• Current Arkansas state licensure as a Registered Physical Therapist
• Current BLS, CPI or COAP within 90 days of hire
• Geriatric and adolescence experience preferred
