Job Description:

Astrya Global, a San Diego based medical staffing agency, is hiring Physical Therapists for a California state correctional facility in Soledad, California. These positions are 6-month contracts with the ability to extend.

Job Responsibility:

Provide care within licensure scope
Conduct physical therapy evaluations as scheduled
Administer therapy based on physician referral or direct access
Perform initial assessments and develop treatment plans
Document evaluations, progress notes, and reports per facility guidelines
Be available for telephone consultations while on duty
Maintain daily charting to avoid delinquency

Requirements:

Active CA Physical Therapist license
12 months of continuous experience within the last 3 years
