Job Description:

As our outpatient Physical Therapist, you will help patients rebuild or maintain their physical wellbeing so they can function at their best level, reduce pain, and improve their quality of life.

Job Responsibility:

  • Perform initial evaluations
  • develop and update individualized plans of care
  • provide direct treatments
  • consistently meet patient care productivity standards
  • collaborate with interdisciplinary team and families
  • promote positive customer service environment
  • provide physical therapy assessment, care planning, patient treatment and education
  • work as collaborative team member to develop coordinated care plan
  • complete all required documentation and billing requirements
  • apply measurable quality metrics
  • attend team meetings
  • supervise physical therapy assistants and techs
  • stay current with evidence based practice guidelines

Requirements:

  • Physical Therapist License in Nebraska
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) through the American Heart Association
