Job Description:

Seeking a Long Term Care experienced Physical Therapist to join a rapidly growing provider of therapy services. The role involves diagnosing and treating individuals of all ages with movement limitations, developing treatment plans to reduce pain and restore function, and working in various settings including nursing homes. The organization offers a progressive team environment with a focus on improving rehab service, outcomes, and communication.

Job Responsibility:

Diagnose and manage movement dysfunction
Enhance physical and functional abilities
Restore, maintain, and promote optimal physical function and wellness
Prevent onset and progression of impairments
Examine patients including history, systems review, and tests
Develop and implement treatment plans and discharge plans
Provide interventions and modify as necessary

Requirements:

Must have current, unrestricted license in state of practice
Long Term Care experience
