Job Description:

Baptist Medical Center is hiring a Physical Therapist to our Adult Outpatient Rehab Team in Jacksonville, FL. This is a full-time opportunity with our World Golf Village outpatient clinic team. We are looking to hire an experienced Physical Therapist our team. This full-time position will work with an adult caseload at our outpatient clinic providing general musculoskeletal care.

Job Responsibility:

Evaluate, plan, direct, and administer physical therapy treatment to patients
Provide patient care to help improve or restore function and prevent disability following injury or disease
Oversee support staff
Participate in departmental operations and performance improvement activities
Responsible for remaining within budget guidelines
Participate in mandatory education and licensure requirements

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree
General outpatient rehab experience
Experience with Post-Operative Orthopedic Care
Orthopedics experience
Basic Life Support (BLS) Required
Licensed Physical Therapist Required
At least 1 year of recent experience in outpatient orthopedics

Nice to have:

Master's Degree
