Physical Therapist

We’re hiring a Physical Therapist for our Hospital At Home Department in Jacksonville, Florida. This is a Full-Time Days position which will provide patient home-based healthcare throughout the Jacksonville community. The schedule for this position will be Monday - Friday with no weekend or holiday commitments. This Physical Therapist position will provide in-home patient care support (commuting involved to patient homes within the Jacksonville metro area with mileage reimbursement). This Physical Therapist will also provide floating coverage support to Baptist Health acute care rehab units in coordination with Rehab Services leadership beyond in-home patient care appointments as scheduling permits.
