Job Description:

Baptist Medical Center is hiring a Physical Therapist to our Adult Outpatient Rehab Team in Jacksonville, FL. This is a full-time opportunity with the team at our Baptist Seven Pines outpatient rehab clinic. We are looking to hire an experienced Physical Therapist with our team. This full-time position will work with an adult caseload at our outpatient clinic providing general musculoskeletal care.

Job Responsibility:

Evaluate, plan, direct, and administer physical therapy treatment to patients
Provide patient care to help improve or restore function and prevent disability following injury or disease
Oversee support staff
Participate in departmental operations and performance improvement activities
Responsible for remaining within budget guidelines
Participate in mandatory education and licensure requirements

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree
Basic Life Support (BLS) Required
Licensed Physical Therapist Required
At least 1 year of recent experience in outpatient orthopedics
General outpatient rehab experience
Experience with Post-Operative Orthopedic Care

Nice to have:

Doctorate
