Job Description:

We’re inviting exceptional PTs to join our “Elite” team — a special group of therapists delivering 20 or more visits per week to patients in their homes in Alameda, CA. As a Luna Elite therapist, you will receive competitive pay and great incentives... which include a $3,000 signing bonus! This is outpatient therapy delivered to the patient's home, NOT typical home health.

Job Responsibility:

  • Deliver outpatient therapy to the patient's home
  • Focus on patient care without productivity standards
  • Use Luna Auto-Charting for documentation
  • Utilize Luna's Safety Shield
  • Prescribe and monitor workouts via the Luna app
  • Treat patients within a 30 minute drive

Requirements:

  • State-specific PT license
  • Reliable, personal transportation for therapists practicing outside city centers
  • 1+ years of experience
  • Liability insurance
  • CPR/BLS
