PLEASE NOTE: Only licensed physical therapists will be considered for the position. Earn $70-77 per visit | Autonomy | 1:1 Patient Care. Job Responsibility:

Provide high-quality outpatient PT care in the patient’s home
Create and follow individualized care plans
Manage your own schedule via Luna’s platform
Enjoy autonomy while practicing at the top of your license

Requirements:

Active Physical Therapist license
Able to travel within your selected coverage area
Comfort with mobile, in-home outpatient care
State-specific PT license
Reliable, personal transportation for therapists practicing outside city centers
1+ years of experience in US
Liability insurance
CPR/BLS
