Job Description:

We are seeking Therapists to join the organization and become a part of their progressive team. Our client is a rapidly growing provider of therapy services throughout the US with exciting new ways to improve rehab service, outcomes, communication, manage reimbursement, and help long-term care operators capitalize on opportunities.

Job Responsibility:

Diagnose and treat individuals with movement limitations
Develop treatment plans to reduce pain, restore function, and prevent disability
Provide care in various settings including hospitals, private practices, outpatient clinics, home health, schools, nursing homes
Conduct patient examinations, evaluations, and interventions
Develop and implement discharge plans

Requirements:

Current, unrestricted license in state of practice
Long Term Care experience
