Job Description:

This is a Physical Therapist role located in Middleton, WI. Candidates are expected to hold a current and unrestricted license in the state of practice, with state licensure mandatory. The role involves patient care, rehabilitation, wellness programs, and contributing to healthcare standards and policies.

Job Responsibility:

Diagnose and manage movement dysfunction and enhance physical and functional abilities
Restore, maintain, and promote optimal physical function, wellness, fitness, and quality of life as it relates to movement and health
Prevent the onset, symptoms, and progression of impairments, functional limitations, and disabilities
Assume leadership roles in rehabilitation, prevention, health maintenance, and programs that promote health, wellness, and fitness
Develop and implement discharge plans
Conduct re-examinations and modify interventions as necessary to achieve anticipated goals
Develop fitness- and wellness-oriented programs for healthier lifestyles

Requirements:

Current, unrestricted license in state of practice
State licensure required in each state in which a physical therapist practices
